This season, Dormeuil has introduced three new collections: (I) Tonik Wool from Patagonia (ii) Cosmos; and (iii) Ceremonial.
Dormeuil's iconic Tonik® fabric first launched in 1957, is still recognised as a benchmark for super-elegant suits. It is now revised in the innovative high-performing version Tonik® Wool, designed for the international traveller.
Made in England, the new quality retains the timeless assets of the original and adds ground-breaking performance to the mix.
Tonik® Wool’s high twist yarn is woven with a stretch weft that combines comfort with crease-free qualities unusual in a fabric weight of 295gr, ideal for modern lifestyles. The choice of classic wool from Patagonia, produced and expertly selected in the best traditions, allows guaranteed traceability throughout.
Dormeuil innovation and concern for sustainability come together in this stylish fabric.
Cosmos is made for summer styling. Its blend of three fibres, wool, silk and linen, in a light weight 230gr is ideal for a stylish jacket for sunny summer days. The blend of shine-free silk and linen ensures an elegant, easy-to-wear drape for the season.
The range of colours includes the current trend-setter, green, in the various fancy weaves in the collection. Hopsacks, twills and micro-motifs are rounded off by a wide range of semi-plains and checks.
Designed in navy and black, the whole collection is the epitome of elegant, understated styling. A variety of materials, grain de poudre in a number of weights, and combinations of wool, silk and mohair are used, each with unique appeal and excellent drape.
